Excellent information, quick too.
I recently had heart surgery to remove a tumor. I lost my appetite, weight and energy . I took this course to learn to eat healthy and to regain my strength and stamina. It was very informative and I know I'm on track to a healthy future.
great course, explained a lot more to me than most dieticians have.
Very good course.
This is a great course and it has helped me to understand a better way to eating healthy. I haven't alway eaten the greatest foods, but seeing that there are healthy alternatives to my current diet has given me hope to being a healthier me!
I love this course. The presentations are clear. Practical recommendations are excellent. I learned so much about proper eating in this short course in nutrition. I recommend this course to my wife and children as well as to all my students.
