Pain in the neck
The muscle fibres in your neck become increasingly rigid if they are not stretched regularly, leading to spasms that can cause intense pain. You are more at risk if you have a desk job or spend long hours staring at a computer screen. Moving your neck muscles in as many directions as possible helps keep them supple and spasm free. Even when sitting, it is possible to spend 60 seconds regularly doing some simple neck-stretching exercises. Drink plenty of water to keep the muscle fibres well hydrated.
Skin cancer cream
Aldara cream is often prescribed to treat superficial skin cancers. Often, there will be a local reaction for several weeks, but this will subside and your skin will return to its normal appearance. The cream works on the body’s immune system and does not leave a scar.
Anti-depressant dangers
While selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) have had a beneficial impact on the management of anxiety and depression, there can be several adverse side effects, including uncontrollable outbursts of rage. There is also a well-established increased risk of suicide in young people. Talk to your doctor about any side effects, as a modification of dose or alternate interventions may be required. There is usually a six to eight- week lag between commencement of medication and effect.
